	RESOLUTION November 23, 1976
Whereas Fred Sarkis had the vision to conceive of the Community, Bristol Harbour Village, and the leadership to guide the dream into reality, and Whereas Fred Sarkis has served the Community and its owners and residents as the first Chairman and President of the Board of Directors of the Bristol Harbour Village Association, and Whereas Fred Sarkis has demonstrated concern for the well-being of all owners and residents and has repeatedly performed beyond the call of duty during his tenure as the Market Director for Bristol Venture. Now therefore be it resolved that the Board of Directors of Bristol Harbour Village Association and the Boards of Managers of Condominiums I and II, in behalf of all homeowners and residents, express to Fred Sarkis their sincere appreciation, respect and affection.
